Retention:
Categories A and B are retained for as long as necessary to provide our art services and for up to 3 years after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by law.
Financial records related to transactions are kept for 7 years as required by tax regulations.
Project documentation and installation records are maintained for 5 years from completion.
If you request deletion of your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it within 45 days, except for information we are required to retain for legal, security, or business purposes.
Category H (Sensory Data) is not collected.

11. ART PROJECT DOCUMENTATION AND IMAGERY
We may collect and store photographs and videos of artworks, installation spaces, and project sites for project execution, quality assurance, and client communication. Retained up to 5 years after project completion.
12. SECURE COMMUNICATIONS AND PROJECT UPDATES
We may communicate via email, SMS, calls, and digital platforms for project updates and scheduling. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
13. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DATA PROCESSING
We use trusted third-party providers for cloud storage, payment processing, and hosting. All providers are vetted for security and bound by privacy agreements.
14. PAYMENT INFORMATION HANDLING
We do not store payment card or bank details. Payments are processed via authorized third parties that maintain their own privacy policies.
15. PROJECT SITE DOCUMENTATION
Documentation of private or installation sites is secured and accessible only to essential personnel. Sensitive location information is never shared externally.
